Terms of Service
Last updated · 17 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Envelope website (thisisenvelope.com) and the experiences, workshops and services provided by Envelope ("we", "us", "our"). By using our website or booking an experience with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. About Envelope
Envelope is a private facilitation practice delivering neuroscience-backed creative experiences for executive teams. We operate between London and Barcelona and deliver experiences worldwide in partnership with independent facilitators and licensed venues.
2. Bookings and payment
All experiences are booked on a bespoke basis. Once we agree on a scope, date and price, we will issue a written proposal or invoice. Confirmation is subject to receipt of a deposit or signed statement of work, as set out in your proposal.
Prices exclude applicable taxes, travel, venue hire and third party costs unless expressly stated. Payment terms are as set out in your invoice.
3. Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellation and rescheduling terms will be set out in your individual proposal. As a general principle, deposits are non-refundable and cancellations within a defined window of the event date may incur the full fee. Please refer to your booking agreement.
4. Nature of the experience
Envelope experiences are educational and experiential in nature. They are not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, therapeutic or business advice. Participation is voluntary and participants are responsible for their own wellbeing during and after the experience.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, video, logos and branding — is owned by Envelope or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information and session content as confidential. Similarly, participants are expected to respect the confidentiality of what is shared during Envelope experiences.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Envelope's total liability arising out of or in connection with the services or this website will be limited to the fees paid by you for the relevant experience. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
